Hello everyone,

I want to share my experience with acupressure healing.
I was suffering from seasonal allergy & tonsils from quite a long time & need to take 1 allergic tablet once in a week in case allergy is not suitable.
I have consulted doctors for the same & one of the doctor suggested to use one nasal spray daily & perform a surgery on the tonsils, in school we have studied that tonsils are the first line of defence & I got shocked that doctor is asking to remove them 🙂

Luckily through some WhatsApp group I got introduced to Rupa Mam and recently I have started the healing sessions. The advice given by her related to diet, mediation & acutouch healing it’s helping me a lot. I feel energetic every morning by making small adjustments (suggested by Mam) to my daily routine.

Above all, it feels so good to not to pop a pill every other day.
